Pizza Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup Potato Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
- 2 Tbsp Ground Flax
- 1 to 1 & 1/2 Cup warm water (110-115°F)
- Oil (any kind)
Pizza Making Instructions
Combine Ingredients:

- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, potato flour, baking powder, salt, yeast, ground flax, sugar, and warm water.
- Start by adding 3/4 cup of water, and add more as. needed, to achieve a dough consistency.
- Close the lid tightly and shake the bowl vigorously for about 30 seconds to mix all ingredients.
First Rise:

- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in the bowl, covered.
Second Rise:

- Grease a pizza pan or other oven-safe container generously with oil, ensuring to coat the corners.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, and spread it evenly to reach all corners.
- Let the dough rise for another 2 hours.
Add Toppings:

- Choose your favorite pizza toppings and arrange them over the potato flour pizza dough.
Bake Pizza:

- Preheat oven to the highest setting.
- Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
