Van Camera… VanMera?

I recently visited a friend who owns a van.

The van is actually a camera, but it doesn’t know it yet.

Here’s a sketch of how a van can become three types of pinhole camera.

As for the pinhole itself, just take a needle, stick it through some foil, and BOOM, there’s your “lens” for this van camera.

‘What’s a pinhole camera” you ask? Here’s more info on pinhole photography.

As for the recording-medium for our photograph, we’ll imagine that darkroom photo paper is our choice.

And, when the exposure has been made on the photo paper, it can actually be developed inside the van (or saved for later, for developing in an official darkroom space.)

And, the results? They’d probably look something like this:

Have fun, and check out another pinhole photography article here (this one is about turning a whole ROOM into a camera).
